"Pre-Excitement" Fishing On the Big Thompson
Ed Engle goes fishing with buddy John Gierach and has what most will recognize as typical pre-excitement fishing, where prospecting and persistence make the difference. “We dawdled at the coffee shop in Lyons, light heartedly complained about the bluebird skies and philosophized about the relative merits of reading the classics instead of modern western literature.
