Corin Smith’s love for the mountains started in an unusual place – freezing cold, on a boat with his fishing-fanatic dad. That passion for fishing, first learned floating around Scottish lochs in the cold, has lead him to seek out more remote spots in which to practice his craft, travelling by ski and by foot into the Scottish backcountry. It is here that he finds more than fish or a connection with his past, it is where he finds the solace and freedom that only the mountains can offer.
