Video: Making Smoked Lox at Home

I’m always looking for new-to-me methods of preparing the fish in my freezer. One that I’ve never done – but plan to after watching this video – is making my own Lox trout at home.

You can use salmon or trout for this method, and it’s fairly simple to do, especially if you already process a lot of wild game in your kitchen.
