High Water Streamer Fishing in Tailwaters

Despite the lower numbers high-water fishing often produces, fishing it from a drift boat is a great way to find the biggest trout, according to Kent Klewein of Gink and Gasoline.  Klewein gives four tips for finding and catching the trophy fish that “feed during high water because it’s easy for them to ambush their prey.”
