Stakeholders Want More Snake River Protection
Jackson Hole businesses and conservation-minded individuals are pushing for the entire Snake River watershed to be designated “Wild and Scenic” by the U.S. Congress. “In this case, the designation would cover the Snake’s major and minor tributaries including Crystal, Cliff and Granite creeks and Greys, Little Greys, Salt, Buffalo Fork and Gros Ventre rivers.” Jake Nichols on Planet Jackson Hole.
