We spent a full week down in Southern Florida getting deep into the Everglades, poling skiffs, navigating paddle boards, and pushing into tight mangrove creeks in search of tarpon, snook, and bonefish. From long days on the water to chickee overnights deep in the backcountry, this trip turned into a true DIY exploration of some of Florida’s most overlooked water.
