Story: Life and Death of a Fly Rod

I had the chance to do some actual storytelling last week, and the folks at Hatch Magazine were kind enough to run it.

The story is about how our fly rods are often more than just the sum of their parts. They’re friends, in a way, along for every fishing trip.
