School of Trout

March 13, 2018 By: Erin Block

The new “School of Trout,” founded by guide and conservationist Todd Tanner, is a week-long class with this stated goal: “If you attend one of our classes, we want you to walk away feeling confident that you have the necessary skills to succeed on any trout stream you might fish.” Students will learn from noted faculty members including: Tom Rosenbauer of Orvis, legendary angler Craig Matthews, artist Bob White, photographer Tim Romano, author and editor Kirk Deeter, and writer/activist/guide Hilary Hutcheson. Classes for 2018 will be held October 7-13 at the TroutHunter facility on the banks of the Henry’s Fork in Last Chance, Idaho.
