The Scott Fly Rod Company announces Radian two handed rods. Developed for anglers that prefer ‘touch and go’ style casting and an up-tempo stroke, Radian spey rods are ideal for Scandi heads and long belly lines.

They share qualities with Scott’s Radian single handers like low swing weight, high line speed, and exceptional feel. They also share similarities with Scott’s new award winning Meridian, like a flat black milled type 3 hard coat reel seat, titanium guides, and premium cork.

Scott rod designer, Jim Bartschi said, “We’ve had the good fortune to work with some of the best casters and anglers in Europe over the past two years to develop and fine tune these rods. They’ve proven themselves on legendary rivers like the Dee, Morrum, Gaula, and Lakselv. Now we’re excited to bring them to the steelhead and salmon rivers of North America”.

Radian two handers are available in the following models and retail for $1195: 1257/4, 1308/4, 1409/4, and 1510/4.
