The Sacred Art of Fly Fishing
For many people, fly fishing is a spiritual experience. And the recently released book Fly-Fishing: The Sacred Art explores the diverse connections people have with nature, as co-author Eric Eisenkramer describes on the “Only a Game” program aired on NPR Boston. “There’s something that’s absolutely beautiful about standing in that stream and communing with these creatures,” Eisenkramer writes, “It’s kind of like a metaphor for bringing out the inner parts of yourself.”
