Wildlife artist Tim Borski is set to release an apparel line that features his work. “Some people visit my wildlife art website, like what they see and can’t afford a painting. T-shirts with my art allow them to walk away with a piece of my work,” says Borski. Arriving just in time for a debut at the Florida Outdoor Writers Association conference, the t-shirts will be available for purchase in early September.

Renowned Florida Keys wildlife artist Tim Borski announces the release of his new line of apparel.

Orlando, Florida, August 9, 2012 – Known for his unique style of wildlife art, celebrated Florida Keys artist Tim Borski has announced the release of his limited edition T-Shirts. “I’m excited about the prospect of making my work visible in an appealing way to more people.”

Says Tim, “I was home in the Keys last spring and a friend visited to fish tarpon. On a day he was blown off the water by bad weather, he decided to go and pick up a few ‘Borski shirts’ to take home to his buddies. He then proceeded to drive up and down the Keys looking for a shop that has shirts with my art on them — and failed. He called me and said, ‘I’ve been up and down the Keys looking to purchase a few shirts of yours and can’t find anyone anywhere who sells them… That is seriously wrong!’ He then goes on and on about how I live here/ they should be everywhere/ what’s wrong with this picture’ and the like. I agreed to do something to fix this obviously ‘tragic and grave injustice.’ So, to Captain Keith as promised — and all other captains, Keiths, and Borski art fans out there — you’re now able to acquire shirts with T. Borski art on them. And, justice once again prevails.”

The countdown is on for an early September debut at the Florida Outdoor Writers Association conference in Titusville, Florida (www.fowa.org). T Borski Apparel will release seven limited edition prints on high quality T-Shirts featuring his distinctive wildlife art. Only five fish and two bird prints will be available in this first run, and purchases will only be offered online through his website (web address or hot link) or from Mosquito Creek Outdoors in Apopka, Florida through the holiday season.

Tim’s art has graced fishing tournaments’ shirts for 25 years. He said he likes the way his art reproduces on shirts and finally decided to make shirts with the artwork he likes best available to the public.“Some people visit my wildlife art website, like what they see and can’t afford a painting. T-shirts with my art allow them to walk away with a piece of my work.”

Borski’s contemporary style of painting is widely recognized by both angling and birding enthusiasts, and will now be available for purchase in time for the holiday season.
