Saltwater fishing can make you a better angler in many ways. You’ll begin hauling with precision and your stalking abilities will improve. But like ice cream does to your diet, it can also be detrimental to your trout fishing (even while your appetite grows). Rebecca Garlock wrote previously on those potential “side effects of bonefishing. And now Bjorn Stromsness too, has accepted that his home-water streams now play second fiddle. But he’s headed out this weekend to pay some visits to those old friends, hopefully undistracted by thoughts of the flats.
