Bonefish: “Ruined Forever”

April 23, 2012 By: Benjamin Clary

After a recent Bahamian bonefishing trip, Rebecca Garlock has a bone to pick with her hosts.  Trout just don’t seem as fascinating, her backing has gone neglected, and the post-stream food selections are paling in comparison.  Perhaps most grave, however, is the absence of Kalik on American shelves.

Garlock feels it is her civic duty to warn anglers living in trout country about taking that coveted tropical vacation.  “Warning: Bonefishing at Andros South may cause a serious, even permanent shadow over your regular fly fishing routine.  Known Side effects include: Daydreaming of bonefish and saving for an quick trip back.”
