  • Newly formed conservation organization Conservation Hawks is holding a photography contest on their Facebook page.  Prizes include an Orvis fly rod, Patagonia waders and Rio fly line.
  • Eric Fink, law professor at the Elon University School of Law, as a guest blogger on The Faculty Lounge, discusses two famous “angler-attorneys”:  G.E.M. Skues, famous for turning the British fly-fishing world upside down with the introduction of nymph fishing, and John D. Voelker, better known to fly-fishermen by his pen name, Robert Traver.
