Heat-Shrink for Saltwater Streamers

Rather than dealing with the mess, fumes and drying time of epoxy, Kendall Osborne of Florida Sportsman suggests heat shrink tubing for creating a durable head on saltwater streamers.  Heat shrink tubing, used to protect electric wire connections, is easy to slide on and after heat is applies, secures the head in place.
