Lefty Kreh’s Favorite Place to Fish?

D’Arcy Egan offers an update on the 86-year-old casting legend, who recently signed up for another 12 speaking engagements for the coming year.  Egan asked Kreh what his choice of destinations would be if he could fish anywhere in the world: “New Guinea. I caught 17 species of fish there that had never been hooked on a fly. That included the hardest-fighting fish I’ve ever caught, the Niugine black bass. It’s like a Cubera snapper, but a lot stronger.”
