Tippets: PA Adds More Wild Trout Streams, Tuna Get No Love from NOAA, Johnboat History

Last week the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission added 99 more “wild trout” streams to their growing list.
Despite 82 percent drop in adult fish population, NOAA last week said that the bluefin tuna deserves no special protections. Italians have an answer: “let’s eat scorpion fish and needlefish.” Meanwhile, most New Zealanders think that their oceans should be protected as “no-take” zones.
