Redington Introduces New Apparel for Men and Women

Redington is introducing several new shirts, pants and outerwear pieces for 2011.

Lost River Tee

The men’s Lost River Tee is the first in the collection of new knits and comes in a long sleeve and a short sleeve version. This versatile garment is fast-wicking, dries quickly, and has sun protection of  UPF of 30+. The flat lock stitching and raglan sleeves add increased comfort, while the fact that it is anti-microbial makes this piece ideal for long weekends in the outdoors.  The short sleeve retails for $29.95 and the long sleeve is $34.95

Mazama Polo

The  performance-driven Mazama Polo has many of the same features as the Lost River Tee including the fabric features, but a chest pocket is include, as well as a ¼ inch zipper down the center in traditional polo style.  The shirt sells for $44.95.

Rex Technical Tee

The men’s knitted Rex Technical Tee is lighter than a traditionally woven, vented fishing shirt. Elongated sleeves provide hand protection from the sun, as does the small yet functional collar. The fast-wicking, quick-dry, 100% polyester fabric along with an inconspicuous pocket on the side round out the features.  Retails for $44.95.

Cascade Hoody

The Cascade Hoody completes the collection of knits for men as a piece that is versatile enough to support multi-sport interests. Ideal for three-season comfort and performance, the Cascade Hoody has zippered hand pockets on the lower body and one upper arm zippered sleeve pocket. When the hood is down, the unique collar will still stand for increased sun protection. Retail price is $69.95.

Copper River Pant

The men’s Copper River Pant features 100% nylon rip-stop fabric that is fast wicking, quick drying, anti-bacterial and has a UPF rating of 30+ for sun protection. The adjustable waist, 30- and 32-inch inseams, cargo pocket and zippered rear pockets make these pants a comfortable fit with plenty of storage room.  The Copper River Pant retails for $49.95.

Chelan Tee (Women)

The Chelan Tee is a long-sleeve, stylish and comfortable shirt with unique cuts and attention to detail. The high collar and long sleeves protect women’s skin from the sun as does the UPF 30+ rating. Fast-wicking, quick-drying 100% polyester fabric makes this tee performance-oriented. A small storage pocket on the right back side of the shirt is perfect for lip balm, a key or even some dry fly floatant.  The Chelan Tee retails for $34.95.

Tideland Short (Women)

The stretchy (91% nylon, 9% spandex) fabric used on the Tideland Short has a 2-way stretch for an athletic fit with fast-wicking sun protection. Multiple pockets provide plenty of spots for storage and help make these shorts great for any outing.  MSRP is $39.95.

Deschutes Rain Jacket (Women)

The last new piece from Redington is a technical rain jacket for women. Designed for women with custom trim and a flattering feminine cut, this jacket offers waterproof protection on or off the water. Features include adjustable cuffs and hood, pit zips, and 4-way stretch. The 2.5 layer Red.Storm™ waterproof/breathable fabric is fully seam-sealed and the DWR finish makes water roll right off the jacket.  Available in Moss and Kingfisher colors, this jacket retails for $149.95.
