In the San Francisco Chronicle, Tom Stienstra hopes — along with thousands of other U.S. fly fishers — that normalization of relations with Cuba will finally make one of the safest countries in Caribbean accessible to anglers. “As part of the trip, I spent a day in Havana with a government representative.
