How to Tie a Brahma Bugger, Version 2.0

Producer: Tim Flagler  |  Tightline Productions

“When Tom Mullen of Whiting Farms saw our first video of this pattern, he sent an email suggesting we used more than one color of feather on an individual fly, in order to better represent a sculpin.  And wow, was he ever right.  By combining two or more colors into a fly, you really up the pattern’s life-likedness. (I think that’s a word.)”

Great additional ideas. I got to thinking about the rooster pheasant breast feathers I hadn’t found a use for, and decided to try them for the body. I think the results are outstanding. Thanks again!
