Tenkara USA’s “Ito” is Two Rods in One

We’d be remiss in our show coverage if we didn’t include something tenkara, as that brand of angling continues to generate quite the buzz.

The exciting new product in this realm is the new “Ito” rod which retails for $235.95.  Here’s the idea:  It’s basically two rods in one, as it can be fished at 13 feet long, or extended even longer to 14 feet, 7 inches.  It’s a 6:4 action, meaning fairly soft, with great recovery and feel.

I think I just found my new baby tarpon stick.
