Trapper Rudd Passes
Trapper Rudd, the founder of Cutthroat Anglers in Silverthorne, Colorado and also a well-known saltwater fly fishing guide, passed away May 5, 2016, at the Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, Florida after suffering a heart attack. Known as a guide, global adventurer, and filmmaker, “He was charming and genuine in real life and on film,” writes Ross Purnell. “[E]ven though he spent many hours in front of a camera, he was never acting.” Via Fly Fisherman.
