Fly Tying Marathon to Support Project Healing Waters

The Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Quantico program and the Fort Belvoir Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Program will host the Second Annual Fly Tying Marathon at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Virginia on Saturday March 21, 2015.

Fly Tying Marathon to Support Project Healing Waters

WE’RE BACK…for our 2nd Annual Fly Tying Marathon at the National Museum of the Marine Corps!! We are back in the beautiful main gallery of the museum.

Our Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Quantico program and the Fort Belvoir Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Program will host the Second Annual Fly Tying Marathon at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Virginia on Saturday, March 21 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

There will be two shifts for fly tyers to sign up for (40 per shift): 0900-1245 and 1315-1700. Interested fly tyers can register by emailing the Event Coordinator at [email protected].

All flies tied and donated at the event will be distributed to PHWFF programs across the country for Wounded & Disabled Service members to use at fishing events throughout the year.
