Kephart has done his research, logging many miles and days on Colorado’s mountain lakes and streams, and presents reliable information on everything from population densities to hatches, to trout species and backcountry threats such as wildfire and weather.   • Fly Fisher’s Playbook: A Systematic Approach to Nymphing by Duane Redford is now being released in its second edition. This book contains detailed information on everything from gear to technique and everything in between.
