The material is; Hydrophobic Fumed Silica. It is sometimes combined with desiccant crystals in shake bottles. I have been buying from http://www.epoxyproducts.com/silica.html for several years.
A word of caution; it is difficult to handle and although it is not toxic, care should be taken to not inhale it. Loading it into those small bottles with the brush ( you have saved them, right?) can be a challenge.
