Tarpon Death Linked to PTTS
DNA samples have linked a 124-pound tarpon found gutted and floating near Boca Grande Pass in the Gulf of Mexico, with a competitor in the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series (PTTS). “What happened to the tarpon wasn’t nature’s doing. It was intentional,” states an article on the website of Save the Tarpon, a Florida based not-for-profit “And it wasn’t shown to the basic cable audience.”
