Tim Flagler finishes up his demonstration on tying saltwater poppers by showing how to attach and mask eyes before painting, as well as how to use the COPIC Marker Airbrush System to apply color.  He goes on to show how to use 5-minute epoxy to apply a durable finish and how to create the popper tail.
