- The guys from Headhunters Fly Shop went out on the Missouri recently for some early season baetis. With underwater housing for the camera, the crew caught some good photos and managed to stay warm with some antifreeze (known to some as Irish Whiskey).
- Bill Ferris of The Sentinel keeps a workhorse 8-ft, fiberglass fly rod in his office with a reel machined by his cousin. The rod is the perfect for casting “old mistake flies” to panfish when Ferris wants a few filets for supper.
