“Get Bent!!!” Photo Contest

Yeti Coolers, in conjunction with Simms Fishing Products and Headhunters fly shop, is hosting another monthly photo contest with some pretty cool prizes.  In order to enter, participants must email a fishing picture with a caption explaining the picture and the story surrounding it.

The prize package for the first place winner includes:  a Yeti Tundra 45 cooler with custom Simms SeaDek, Simms ProDry Gore-Tex Jacket, Simms Guide Waders, Simms RiverTek BOA Boots, guided fishing trip on the Missouri River with Headhunters and lodging in Craig, MT.  Submissions must be entered by April 30.

    I was going to enter, but then I took a look at what has been sent in so far.  A few nice pictures and a whole bunch of dead fish.  I’ll take a pass, thanks.

    And if you’re friends with more than a couple fly fishers on facebook, this contest is obnoxious. Folks begging for votes over and over and over…If you need to beg, you’re photo ain’t good enough.
