Denver Preparing for a Special FFFT Event

April 10, 2012 By: Benjamin Clary

Not only will the Denver stop of the Fly Fishing Film Tour be in a iWerks theatre (Apple’s version of IMAX), but attendees will have the opportunity to win great prizes as well as get casting lessons from certified Fly Fishing Federation instructors.  And all proceeds will benefit the Denver chapter of Project Healing Waters.

Beginning at 4:30 pm, in the theater lobby, Project Healing Waters will conduct raffles and have a silent auction for fly fishing equipment, artwork, and fishing guide services.  General seating is limited to 300 tickets, discounted to $12.00 each. A $100 VIP package includes special seating, a social hour and a gift bag.

Project Healing Waters, a support group for disabled active military service personnel and veterans, is sponsoring the screening of a fly fishing adventure film at the iWerks extreme screen theater of The Wildlife Experience, Parker.
