Hardy North America announced this week that the second annual Hardy Cup casting competition will be held on August 4-5, 2012, at the Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum.
The annual bamboo rod casting competition is open to anyone who registers. Prizes include a Hardy Bamboo Rod for first, a Hardy Perfect reel for second and a Hardy St. George Reel for the angler that comes in third place. The competition involves three casts per participant; two distance casts and one accuracy cast.
