Video: Fish Confusion or Salmon Protest?

Conway Bowman says the salmon swimming across Washington state roadways during the recent heavy rains just have other things on their mind.  We think it may actually be an incipient “Occupy the Pavement” movement designed to call attention to the fact that roads have historically been built in the wrong places.
