Lady Wheatley and Patriot Fly Boxes

REC is co-manufacturing a line of new fly boxes from Richard Wheatley of England called “The Lady Wheatley Series.” They are specifically designed for female fly anglers, featuring an anodized Rainbow Trout scale pattern on the lid and a Rose Pink anodized base. Lady Wheatly boxes retail from $59, and are available with a variety of insert choices.

Wheatley fly boxes are traditional British classics, but now they come with a distinctly American—even state-by-state—look. The new Patriot series features various flag designs, from the Stars and Stripes to the iconic Colorado Centennial State flag, all neatly transposed to aluminum by a process REC calls “GraFx.” Prices range from $45-$75.
