Will Virginia’s Jackson River Become Privatized?

Beau Beasley continues his coverage the dispute over usage by the public of a portion of Virginia’s Jackson River and uncovers new details about the state ‘s response to anglers and private property owners.  He also notes that “Virginia is certainly not the only state in which sportsmen and property owners are facing off: A similar dispute is brewing along the banks of the South Holston River in Tennessee.”
