We’ve been casually monitoring the voting for the “Ultimate Fishing Town USA” event run by World Fishing Network and expected to check on results on the official announcement date, June 6. But apparently New York Congressman Maurice Hinchey already knows that a town in his state is the winner.  “‘For many years, we’ve referred to Roscoe, New York as Trout Town USA.
