Rajeff: Competition Makes a Better Caster

In an interview with the Spokesman-Review, Steve Rajeff talks about tournament rods, losing his first two competitions, and why even a friendly wager can make an average caster better.  “Sure, devoting time to tournaments means time off the river fishing, but it also is an incentive to get your hands on fishing equipment during the week when you might not have time to fish, but you have time to practice.”

When Rajeff talks I listen.  Just knowing Steve all of these years has made me a better caster.  He is so good just watching him cast makes you realize improvements can be made.
