Podcast: Tom Rosenbauer's Intro to Fly Fishing for Carp
In a new podcast, Tom gives the basics of fly fishing for carp, which he points out live in places where native fish can’t and become active feeders when a lot of endemic species aren’t capable of adapting to conditions.
“If you want to complain about carp as an invasive species, then you better stop fishing for brown trout anywhere in North or South America, and you also better give up all that rainbow trout fishing you’re doing, because ninety-percent of the places in this country where we catch rainbow trout, they’re an ‘invasive species.'”
