Roger Phillips drives and hikes deep into the Frank Church Wilderness to fish Big Creek, a catch-and-release only fishery for westslope cutthroats. “I thought of the vast spawning and rearing habitat the Frank Church Wilderness has for endangered wild salmon and steelhead.
