Kevin Jones: Snowboards to Snake Guides and Back
Many consider Kevin Jones snowboarding’s first superstar. But Jones left snowboarding suddenly, fed up with kowtowing to sponsors and the terminal hipness, to spend a few years as a steelhead guide. In July 2002, he even participated in the Great Outdoor Games Fly Fishing Tournament at Lake Placid. Now Jones is back, making movies and looking for terminal velocity on the slopes.
