RIO Products introduces a new fly line designed for novice casters.
IDAHO FALLS, November 1st, 2008 – RIO’s new MainStream® Indicator line has been carefully designed to make nymph fishing easier for the novice fly fisher.
With a short front taper and weight distributed to the front of the head, the new MainStream® Indicator line is designed to help anglers load a fly rod and get a “feel” for casting. In addition to the unique taper design, the line is half a line size heavier than the industry standard. This increase in weight helps load a fly rod quickly and turn over large indicators and heavy fly combinations.
The line is built on a supple braided multifilament core and has a self-lubricating coating that remains memory-free in cold conditions.
RIO’s new MainStream® Indicator line is green in color and offered in sizes WF4F to WF8F. The line is available from RIO dealers and has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $34.95.
