Bighorn Trout Shop Reconstruction Nears Completion, Fort Smith Recovers

Bighorn Trout Shop and Lodge owners Hale Harris and Steve Hilbers recently re-opened their business, where last fall’s fire destroyed several lodging rooms, the dining room and kitchen, and the shop itself.
