Inshore Nets: Getting With the Program
If there’s one thing that inshore net bans have proved in Florida and Texas in the last 15-20 years, it is that they have a enormously positive impact on fish stocks and fishing. That’s why it’s time for North Carolina and other states without net bans to get with the program.
